A new regional warehouse has begun operation, cutting standard delivery times for wholesale customers across several neighboring markets. The facility stocks the fastest-moving SKUs, including paracord spools, retail hanks, and guyline kits.

Previously, most wholesale orders shipped from a single production-adjacent warehouse, which meant longer transit for distant customers and seasonal congestion during peak weeks. The new site splits that load, holding buffer stock for the highest-rotation items and dispatching them closer to destination.

Early results are encouraging. Average transit time for participating customers has dropped noticeably, and order cut-off times have been extended because local carriers collect later in the day. Mixed-carton orders remain fully supported from both locations.

The warehouse also improves continuity of supply during the spring rush, when production queues lengthen. Stock programs can now be replenished independently of production schedules, giving retailers more confidence to promote accessory lines through the high season. Customers will be contacted directly with updated lead times for their market.

Stock allocation at the new facility follows seasonality. Spring inventory is weighted toward guyline kits and retail hanks for nearby markets, while autumn shifts toward paracord spools as crafting demand rises. Customers shipping to other regions can still consolidate orders through the original warehouse, and the customer portal now shows which site each line item will dispatch from before the order is confirmed. Freight documentation has been simplified for cross-border shipments from the new location, and the logistics team welcomes feedback during the first quarter of operation so that picking cut-off times and carrier selections can be tuned to real order patterns.
